Raja Guru played the role of Suraj in a television show “Kiske  roke rukka hai savera” for DD Kisan channel. He started his acting career from theatre.

He played the role of the mughal emperor “Shah Jahan” in the most acclaimed international play “Mohabbat The Taj”…he has done 300 shows.

Raja Guru played the main protagonist in the first musical television show “Aakhiyon ke jharokhe se” telecasted on Mahua Channel. This television show was inspired by Amitabh Bachchan’s film “Abhimaan”.

Raja Guru also played a significant role in the television show “Dil Aashna Hai” telecasted on DD National channel. Raja Guru’s performance was appreciated immensely.Raja Guru played the main protagonist in the regional language Rajasthani film “Aulad” and his performance was remarkable.

In the year 2018 Raja Guru stellar performance in the hindi feature film “dhappa” was a delight for audience.

In the year 2018 Raja Guru’s short film “The Long Drive” won the prestigious Dada Saheb phalke award.Raja Guru’s upcoming feature film is “Jilla Top”. Raja Guru played one of the main protagonist in the regional language Bhojpuri feature film ” Aan Baan Shaan” was shot in Shri Ram God’s birth place Ayodhya. Raja Guru says the visit to Ayodhya for shoot was memorable.
